Remarks to the Rates

  • All prices include 7% VAT.
  • A starter set of Bed linen and 2 towels per person is always included.
  • Last minute rates are not valid for holidays, big events and during the summer months of May, July, August. Further more for this dates the daily rate applies for weekly bookings.
  • Whether a minimum stay is requested depends on the availability of our apartments. Start an inquiry and get answer quickly.
  • In low season (November to March to 20% discount on our main price list, except for major holidays and events)

  • Highspeed Internet access via WiFi or cable (50Mbit/s): 5,00 euro / day
  • Parking lot in our own basement garage (height max. 2,10m): 12,50 euro/ day
  • Balkony-Guarantee (allocation Apt. Charlie 1 oder 3): 10,00 euro / day
  • Extra package bedding & towels (1 set of bedlinen + 2 towels)- 7,50 euro p.P.
  • apartment cleaning during your stay - 30,00 euro / cleaning (plus bedding package)
  • Grocery and delivery service - 20,00 euro
  • Cheaper monthly rates on request
