REMARKS for Prices and Services

● All rates include sales tax (actually 7%)
● All rates include one start set of bedlinen and two towels per Person
● During periods of public holidays, special Berlin events and the summer months July and August the dayrate is valid also for weekly stays

● 1 x complete cleaning of apartment on demand (including linen) - 25 Euro

● Guarantee of balcony/terrace (some Apt. don´t have a balcony/terrace) - 15 Euro a day
(buy the guarantee if this is essential for you to have a place outside to the courtyard for 100% sure / If you get it by random without buying this option: no guaratee fee, no extra costs)
